The ECPA updated its data management policy in light of the General Data Protection Regulation

The European Centre for Public Affairs (The ECPA), is a non-profit think-tank whose
mission is to promote excellence in EU public affairs through 1) the exchange of best
practices, 2) insights sharing form peers and EU officials, and 3) staff training. The
ECPA is a cross-sectoral and neutral organisation.

Purpose of the ECPA database

To achieve its mission, the ECPA regularly invites its members and non-members to
the above-mentioned events, and therefore needs to maintain a database of contacts.

Content of the ECPA database

The ECPA database only contains the following information:
• First name and name of contact
• Organisation
• Title
• Email address

Privacy policy

The ECPA does not share or sell any of the above information to external parties.

Right of oversight

Any contact from the ECPA database can request that his/her personal data be
